1. The gear is lubricated by the closed transmission oil pool. The height of oil surface is indicated by the circular oil mark on the frame.
2. The lubricating oil is usually hj40-50 mechanical oil. Hl20-30 gear oil can also be used.
3. The reducer should pay special attention to the cleaning of oil at the beginning of work. If the oil is dirty (especially the mixing of metal foam), the oil should be changed immediately. Oil quality must be checked regularly (not less than once every six months).
4. The state of meshing working face should be checked regularly, especially in the early stage of work when there is abrasion on the tooth surface, if the area of abrasion is not more than 20% of the tooth working face (along the tooth length and tooth height), slight dressing with oil stone or scraper is allowed.
5. If you need to open the cover for maintenance, pay attention to whether the cover is covered with sealant, if there is sealant, the screw hole on the cover can be opened with screws, do not hammer the sealing surface, after maintenance must check the sealing surface and the through cover have no collision, no sealant residue clean, or it will cause oil leakage.
